1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 98pak platform — including but not limited to the website at 98pak.pro, any mobile-optimised version of the site, or any game, feature, or service made available through 98pak — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 98pak platform regardless of how they access the service, whether from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, or any other location. Your continued use of the 98pak platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 98pak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your 98pak account and your use of our services.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a valid 98pak account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 98pak strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC age verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold one (1) 98pak account only. Any additional accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide to 98pak must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration details, including a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Own identity only: You must register using your own personal identity. Opening an account on behalf of another person or as a nominee is strictly prohibited.
• Not a 98pak employee or associate: Employees of 98pak and immediate family members of employees are not permitted to hold player accounts.

98pak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 98pak account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. 98pak strongly recommends that all players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication from the account security settings.

All transactions, bets, and actions carried out using your 98pak account credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 98pak support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your 98pak login credentials with any other person.
• Do not access your 98pak account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication to add an additional layer of protection to your account.

98pak will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 98pak and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All 98pak accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PKR. 98pak currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL — bank transfer, processed within one (1) business hour
• UBL — bank transfer, processed within one (1) business hour
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, processed within one (1) business hour
• SadaPay — instant digital wallet
• USDT TRC20 — cryptocurrency, processed within thirty (30) minutes

The minimum deposit at 98pak is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set at the account tier level and communicated to you within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals at 98pak will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on the same account. This measure is in place to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

98pak reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity. Processing of the relevant transaction will be paused until satisfactory documentation is provided.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

98pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket betting cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Single bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Game contribution: Not all games at 98pak contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Cricket betting, live casino, and slots may have different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution rate for each game type is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted single bet is PKR 1,000 or equivalent unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are outstanding may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse prevention: Any player found to be systematically exploiting 98pak bonus offers through low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee extraction of bonus value will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for compliance.

98pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the email address registered on their 98pak account.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 98pak platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, Keno, and Mines Grand — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or section of the 98pak platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

All slot games, Keno draws, and Mines Grand outcomes on the 98pak platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical unpredictability. Live casino games are operated by real dealers under the supervision of our licensed game provider and are subject to their own additional operating procedures.

Cricket betting odds and markets on 98pak are set and managed by our in-house trading team. 98pak reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or adjust odds at any time where there is a material error, a change in event status, or reasonable grounds to suspect market manipulation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pak platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive 98pak in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a valid 98pak deposit. Any player initiating an unjustified chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the chargeback amount pursued for recovery.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players to coordinate betting activity in a way that exploits game mechanics or betting markets to the detriment of 98pak.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit Keno or Mines Grand mechanics.
• Money laundering: Using the 98pak platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering. 98pak cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your 98pak account, whether for their benefit or yours.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors on the 98pak platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an identifiable error will be voided.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 98pak platform — including but not limited to the 98pak brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 98pak or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 98pak platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 98pak content without the prior written consent of 98pak.

Any unauthorised use of 98pak intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 98pak platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• The outcome of any bet, game, or wager placed on the 98pak platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the 98pak platform or any part thereof, whether caused by maintenance, technical faults, connectivity issues, or circumstances outside 98pak's control.
• Any loss of data associated with your 98pak account.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or any other payment intermediary.

In all cases, 98pak's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

98pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its services. The platform provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players can set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, the session will end automatically.
• Reality check reminders: 98pak can display periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions reminding players of the time elapsed and the net amount won or lost in that session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can self-exclude for a period of their choosing — from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
• Account closure: Any player who wishes to close their 98pak account permanently may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last verified payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

11 Suspension & Termination

98pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• A duplicate account has been identified.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback in bad faith.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require 98pak to restrict or terminate the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 98pak will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and notify the account holder of the outcome via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balances returned in full.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and any funds deposited via payment methods not yet verified will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited and verified prior to the breach may be returned at 98pak's discretion after full review.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 98pak operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 98pak platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out below.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, bonus, or account action at 98pak, you should first contact the 98pak support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 98pak will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five (5) business days.

If you remain dissatisfied following 98pak's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory body under whose licence 98pak operates. 98pak will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.

13 Amendments to These Terms

98pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 98pak will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 98pak platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter your rights or obligations, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 98pak platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the 98pak platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact support at [email protected].
